Your Birth Is Coming...

Are You Ready to Meet It With Confidence?

This prenatal yoga series is a unique blend of movement, education, and mindset work designed to help you feel strong, informed, and deeply connected to your body and your baby as you prepare for birth.

You'll leave each class feeling more capable, more at ease, and more in tune with what your body already knows how to do.

What You’ll Experience:

Education, embodiment and sisterhood all in one.

Pain Relief

Relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy while building the strength, stability, and balance your body needs for labor.

Movement

Targeted movement to open, align, and prepare your pelvis — helping baby find an optimal position and supporting a smoother, more efficient labor.

Mindfulness

Rewire fear into confidence. Release anxiety around birth and step into labor with a calm, empowered mindset.

Plus...

Breathing Techniques

Learn breathing techniques that calm your nervous system now and become powerful tools for coping with contractions during labor.

Supplemental Education

As a childbirth educator, mind/body birth coach, and doula, Leah is with you throughout the series answering questions, offering evidence based guidance, and helping you build body literacy and confidence

Hey, I'm Leah LaHue!

Hi, I'm Leah LaHue—a birth doula, childbirth educator, prenatal yoga instructor, and the founder of The Intuitive Birth Codes.

For over 6 years, I've supported women through one of life's most transformative experiences. I've attended more than 100 Births in hospitals, birth centers, and homes, taught childbirth education through Baylor University Medical Center, in Dallas, TX and guided hundreds of families in preparing for birth with confidence, knowledge, and trust in their bodies.

My approach to prenatal yoga is different from a typical fitness class. Rather than focusing on flexibility or exercise alone, each class is designed to help you prepare your body, mind, and nervous system for birth. We'll build strength and mobility, practice breathing techniques, encourage optimal baby positioning, reduce common pregnancy discomforts, and cultivate the deep sense of safety that allows birth hormones to flow.

Drawing from my experience as a birth doula, along with training in hypnobirthing, trauma-informed care, pelvic balance, spinning babies, nervous system regulation, and holistic birth preparation, every class offers practical tools you can carry into labor and early motherhood.

This is a space to slow down, connect with your baby, build community with other mothers, and prepare for birth from the inside out.

I'm honored to walk alongside you during this sacred season and can't wait to meet you on the mat.

What Are Our Customers Saying ?

Feedback from our delighted clientele.

"Leah was so helpful to both of us, not just my wife. She was an advocate in times of stress, a coach through times of pain, and comfort in all of the slow, stressful waiting that comes with a birth. Her skills, knowledge, and ability to build a relationship with the nurses (and with in-laws!) and her ability to identify where she can be helpful and then just do it leave no room for criticism. Our son's birth was an amazing, terrible, amazing night and Leah was an important part of getting us through it and helping us find the bright spots. If we ever have another kid, we will tell Leah before we tell our family and friends!"

Cade Lobodzinski

"I was terrified about giving birth and most concerned about medical complications and having an emergency c section. Leah was helping us prepare mentally and physically before my induction in ways that I didn't even expect a doula to get to know me and care for me and my baby. She helped me process some personal stressors that could subconsciously take away from my birth experience. I had an excellent birth experience and everything went according to my birth plan with me and baby being very healthy, praise God! Leah's services was a great investment that we made. We hope to have Leah available again for our next baby's birth!"

Mary Liz Johnson

"Leah taught my husband how to assist me so that he could participate and make me more comfortable. After our first birth we moved across the country and couldn't hire her for our second child. But that all changed when I was in the hospital and in need of assistance. We called her and she answered seriously above and beyond!! She helped to turn around a rocky situation and got us thru another delivery COMPLETELY VIRTUAL!! It was amazing SHE is amazing! She has so many techniques and knew us so well from the first birth that she was able to jump into action without warning."
